# Admin Features

We currently support two user roles in the dashboard - moderator and admin. Admin users have access to all moderator-level functionality, plus a few other features outlined below. 

#### Adding and removing users

From the left nav bar, select `Manage Users (Global)` . From this page you can add users to give them access to your dashboard, remove users, or update a user's role. Note that users will be granted access at the organization level, which includes all communities within your organization. 

#### **Allowlists and blocklists**

Admins also have access to custom allowlists and blocklists. To view your custom allowlists and blocklists, from the left nav bar select `Allowlists and Blocklists`. Use these custom lists to override global defaults. For blocklists, common variations to terms will also be blocked automatically.

* For example, if there is a term that's on our blocklist that you want to allow, you can add it to your custom allowlist to override global defaults.&#x20;
* If there's a term that's not included in our default blocklist that you would like you block, you can add it to your custom blocklist.&#x20;
* Also note that common variants for terms are automatically captured by our system, so there's no need to add all variants of a term (e.g., if you add "sandwich" to your blocklist, additional terms like "sandwiches", "sandw1ch", etc will also be blocked).&#x20;

On the custom allowlists and blocklists page, you'll see tabs for both `Chat` and `Usernames`, and you can click on the tabs to navigate to the lists you want to edit.&#x20;

* From here you can search for terms, add terms, or delete terms.&#x20;
* Make sure you save and publish your changes when you're done making updates.&#x20;

Note that if your organization includes multiple games, custom allowlists and blocklists are at the game level, so if you want to make changes across multiple games you'll need to update each list separately.  &#x20;

#### **Content filter configuration**

From the left nav bar, select `Content Filtering`. From this page, you can adjust content filtering settings by topic for chat, Discord, and usernames. Adjusting these settings will determine the type of content that gets automatically filtered.

From here, you can also test your settings to get a better feel for what will and won't get filtered by using the testing feature on the right side of the page. Enter some text into the field and then click the `Test Phrase`  button to see if the message would be flagged or not, for what reason, and what the filtered message would look like. After you've made changes, you can either save your settings to put them into effect immediately, or cancel to discard your changes.&#x20;
