You can access alerts by clicking on the `Alerts` option in the left nav. At the top of the Alerts page, you'll see two tabs: Grooming and Mental Health. * Grooming - flags players who may be engaging in grooming behaviors so that your team can review each player’s activity and take action as needed. * Identify groomers as early as possible to prevent their behavior from escalating. * Detections catch early signs, like frequent age solicitation and flirtatious behavior before it escalates into more dangerous behavior like requests to go off platform, requests for PII or photos, etc. * Mental health - catch early signs of mental health issues and self-harm risk so that outreach and resources can be provided before the situation escalates. * We look at indicators you’d expect, like self-harm and suicide ideation, and we also go beyond that into other mental health issues, like domestic conflict, education stress, relationship distress, and financial stress. * Similar to grooming, we take a longer view of user history and flag when there are patterns of mental health issues, then organize the concerning messages for review. On each `Alerts` page, you’ll see a list of players sorted by risk level. From there you can view more details on each player to view flagged messages, including the ability to: * See each message in context of the chat by clicking the icon to the right of the message. * “Pin” specific messages (using the pin icon to the left of the message) and filter by pinned messages, in case there’s a player you’re reviewing and want to keep track of specific messages they’ve sent. * Export a user's chat history and download as a csv, with the option to export their entire chat history or only chat sessions that contain risk indicators. This is sent via email that includes a time-sensitive link. * There are also different statuses you can set for each alert, like “watching” for players you want to keep an eye on, “confirmed” for confirmed grooming or mental health risk cases, and “dismissed” for cases that don’t look suspicious. Note in the case of “dismissed” alerts, if the player engages in new concerning activity then that will trigger a new alert, so dismissing won’t permanently disable alerts for that player.
