# Player List

You can find the player list by clicking on the `Players` option in the left nav.&#x20;

At the top of the page you'll see some stats from the past 30 days, including:&#x20;

* Active - Active users over last 30 days, based on information provided to GGWP
* New risky - Users with reputation that have dropped into the lowest score tier over last 30 days
* Warned - Users that have received notifications, warnings, or short duration (match/session) sanctions
* Sanctioned - Users that have received longer duration sanctions
* Recidivism - Percent of users who are flagged for incidents after previously having been sanctioned

#### Filtering, sorting, and searching for players

Whether you want to sanction your most toxic players or reward your most positive players, you can review your players from this page using various filters and sorting options. One common use case is reviewing your most toxic users by filtering and sorting by lowest reputation score and filtering by sanction status to determine if action needs to be taken.&#x20;

Filtering options include: reputation score, sanction status, language, and incident type. You can also sort by player, reputation score, first active date, or last active date by clicking on the columns in the list - clicking once for descending order and again for ascending order.&#x20;

If you have automod (our automated sanctioning system) enabled, you can also view a list of users who have been automatically sanctioned by the automod system by using the `Auto-sanctioned` toggle at the top of the list. This will show all users who currently have a sanction imposed against them (for example, if the user is currently muted in chat) as a result of automod taking action on a detected incident.

You can also search for a player by using the search bar at the top, by either partial or exact match.&#x20;

#### Exporting player lists

To export any filtered/sorted view of the player list as a CSV, click on the `Export CSV` option in the upper right corner of the page. Clicking this option will send an email to the email address you use to log in to the dashboard with a download link. Note that the sender will be <noreply@ggwp.com> and the email subject will be "GGWP: List of players exported is available for download".

### Player details page

Clicking on a user's player ID or username will open that player's detail page. This page gives you a summary of the player's history and past incidents to provide context to help in moderation decisions.

#### Key information on this page

* Incident summary - number of incidents flagged for this user by category&#x20;
* Player Reputation - how the user's behavior has trended over time, as well as how many times they've been reported by other users
* Sanction history - log of all sanctions the user has received&#x20;
* Incident history - list of all incidents flagged for this user, with the ability to drill down into details for each one. This view also has sorting and filtering options.&#x20;

#### Sanctioning a player

Clicking on the `Sanction Player` button in the upper right of the page will open a menu that gives you options for sanctioning a user. Select one or more channels you want the sanction to apply to, select the duration the sanction should be in effect for, and then click to confirm.&#x20;

You can remove a sanction from a user by clicking the `Reinstate` button at the top of the player detail page.

Sanction ladder dropdowns are in the upper right corner of the page. Click the dropdown and select an option to change a user's position on each ladder.&#x20;

Note: A sanction ladder is a system of progressively stricter sanctions for players who are repeat, high-severity offenders. The ladder kicks in when automod is switched on, but moderators can manually override a user's position on the ladder using this dropdown. When automod is on, a player's position on the ladder determines the duration of the sanction they will receive for certain types of incidents.&#x20;
