# FAQs

How do I get an API key to test your service?

Please reach out to [hello@ggwp.com](mailto:hello@ggwp.com) to get a copy of our pay-as-you-go contract. Once we have finalized the terms of your contract, you will receive a test API key and a production API key. The same API key will apply to your use of all our APIs.

<details>

Will test key usage count toward the volume in my contract?

No, the test key usage will not count toward the volume in your contract. However, the test incidents will also not be included in the reputation scores of players in production. The intent of the test key is to allow you to see how different settings in our API work with non-production data and debug any code challenges before you integrate GGWP in your production environment. These two environments are kept separate, and testing does not count toward your contract volume.

I have a variety of player report types not listed in your documentation. Will you process those?

Absolutely! In addition to our default player report types, we support 30+ common player report categories, including a custom field. When you onboard a custom field, we will work with you to determine whether it should have a Positive, Neutral, or Negative impact in addition to its Severity.

If I use both Chat and Player Reports, will you auto-validate Verbal Abuse player reports?

Yes! One of the advantages of using GGWP's moderation AI for both Chat and Player reports is that we auto-detect chat-related incidents and can confirm the validity of player reports related to verbal abuse and harassment, identity hate, or other chat-related reports. This analysis not only helps us validate individual reports, but also helps us understand the credibility of different reporters so we can take this information into account when they file reports in the future.

I have my own client-side anti-cheat. Can you take that information into account?

Yes, we can take in information about auto-confirmed player reports. We use it to accurately update player reputation, send those reports to priority review, and update the credibility of users who submitted cheating reports for those players. This can be part of your initial configuration process during onboarding to our Player Reports service. Using the `autodetected` keyword in the `reporter_id`, the GGWP Player Reports Services will automatically mark those reported incidents as of high credibility.

How fast does GGWP process chat data?

For live content filtering, the Chat API has an expected latency of approximately 100 ms, and over 95% of requests are returned under 150 ms. For deeper contextual analysis, the results are generally available within 500 ms and they can be consumed via dashboard and integrated through a system of webhooks as described [here](https://docs.ggwp.com/webhooks).
